Gets me very motivated in completing the hole 30days. And yes I did see results in the end for sure. Well worth it everyone
The app is easy to use and understand for the most part, some video would be nice even just stick figures, however I just got it so I dont know if itll work yet. Please wish me luck I need it!
Ive added this workout to my everyday cardio and abs. The sumo squats are killer
This app is easy to use and straight to the point. The ads do not pop up in the middle of your workout but right after you hit the "Save & Exit" button. It has a new challenge for you everyday with rest days in between. This helps you build the definition you are looking for from beginner to advanced. Once you finish 1 day you can skip along to the next day. I however am following the regimen and cant wait to see my results after the 1st 30 days! Great app!
I truly love this app. I can see improvements for sure. The only thing that bothers me is when I open the app is constantly asks me to upgrade or itll show pops up before I can even click on my work out. A little improvements here and there. Other then that, I love this app!

I cant open the app and it wont delete. I am trying to delete it so that i can redownload but it womt even work. Please help me and write back.
Its an amazing app, Ive used it in the past and deleted it after a while and I recently started working out with two other friends and they wanted to work out their butts so we found this one and weve been doing it for about 3 weeks. We all have seen great improvements and were getting more muscle in our thighs. I strongly recommend downloading this app if you are interested in getting a nice booty.

I really liked this app! It is easy to follow and navigate When I started it I was like "this is way too easy" but it gradually increases and gets harder and harder. I just completed day 9 and I am feeling a huge difference
There isnt out there specific exercises that target a set of muscles like this app does. A 30 day app that primary targets the gluttes. It goes from beginner to professional in the 30 days period. App is very simple and works great. I love it.
