1/3 of the way through the easiest level and Im loving it so far. I had a baby recently and after gaining then losing 40 pounds I noticed that Ive been left with a deflated butt! I NEVER work out and I have found that this little workout is just what I needed. Easy to fit into my busy day with two little ones, but still enough for my out of shape self to feel it the next day. Looking forward to finishing this level & moving onto the next. I love the step by step diagrams given for the exercises and being able to check the exercises off as Im doing them. I even downloaded the Ab Challenge as well.
